Responsibilities

Write product or system development code.
Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies.
Build server side code to enable safe releases of Android OS components.
Automate processes to allow the program to scale to dozens of components, thousands of device types, and hundreds of millions of users.
Work closely with the Android Release Engineering and Play Distribution teams.

Qualification

Required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
Experience with Release Management.
Experience with Distributed Systems.
