In this role, you will have an opportunity to build core components of our geospatial analytics platform to drive impact across key industries, focusing on creating the most accurate and comprehensive maps for users.
Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback.
Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
Design and implement features, services, and data pipelines to share data and insights with third-party enterprises and developers.
Enhance the quality and reliability of our data pipelines, services and systems through extensive testing.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience with software development in C++ and SQL, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree in an industry setting.
2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms in either an academic or industry setting.
Preferred
Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
2 years of experience with performance, large scale systems data analysis, visualization tools, or debugging.
Experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Vertex AI.
Experience in running and managing Flume pipelines.
Proficiency in code and system health, diagnosis and resolution, and software test engineering.
Strong database query experience (Dremel, BigQuery and SQL-like language).
