Responsibilities

Drive and maximize business growth for Google and our partners at scale
Work with a variety of teams at Google (e.g., Product, Technical Support, Marketing) to ensure your partners have access to the product experts and resources they need to succeed
Become a trusted advisor, providing business and product expertise, and by providing exceptional partner service
Keep partners up-to-date on various Google products, features and optimizations and source opportunities and help your partners implement strategies that address their business objectives
Create an engagement strategy driving across channels by leveraging scaled tools and influencing large partner sets

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
1 year of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking
Experience in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries
Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across multiple levels of management
Experience managing agreements or partnerships

Preferred

Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, strategy, and legal teams
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing effectively
Demonstrated ability to identify and assess potential business opportunities in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in conducting market research and evaluating business proposals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and negotiate with stakeholders
