YouTube is seeking a Strategic Partner Development Associate to support strategic gaming creators and partners. The role focuses on building relationships, driving YouTube product adoption and optimization, helping creators grow their channels and businesses, and managing initiatives such as workshops and events.
Establish scaled strategic relationships with partners through different engagement types
Drive product adoption, optimization across YouTube priorities and support creators in their content, business generation, and viewership goals
Ensure your partner portfolio complies with YouTube’s Community Guidelines and policies and support them in navigating YouTube’s support and operations teams
Engage with and understand the latest features, policies, and platform improvements to help partners succeed
Manage initiatives to grow emerging creators, including workshops, events and other scaled initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking
Experience in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries
Preferred
Experience in the video, media, entertainment industry, and experience as a YouTube creator or working with partners or creators
Experience in an external-facing customer interaction role within customer support, sales, or relationship development
Excellent communication, presentation, planning and time/pipeline management skills, with strong attention to detail
