Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strategic, scaled partnerships across YouTube verticals through various engagement models to achieve long-term business goals
  • Drive adoption of YouTube products and optimizations, directly supporting creators in achieving their unique content, business generation, and audience development targets
  • Act as a primary guide for partners to ensure full adherence to community guidelines and business generation policies while navigating internal support and operations systems
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify emerging trends, troubleshoot potential issues, and implement strategies that ensure sustained partner growth
  • Partner with internal teams—including product, sales, and legal—to resolve complex business challenges and execute large-scale initiatives like workshops and events to share industry best practices

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 1 year of experience in the video, media, entertainment industry
  • Experience as a YouTube creator or working with partners or creators
  • Experience in an external-facing customer interaction role within customer support, sales, or relationship development

Preferred

  • Experience working in the Canadian YouTube content industry
  • Experience in project management, using project execution frameworks, with a high attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects at the same time
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including presentation, facilitation of small and large events, writing and delivery
  • Track record of achieving product adoption, content and growth goals for external partners
  • Ability to communicate in French fluently to support client relationship management in this region
