Google is a leading technology company that offers a variety of products and services. They are seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to manage a portfolio of YouTube creators, driving product adoption and helping creators achieve their goals on the platform.
Cultivate and maintain strategic, scaled partnerships across YouTube verticals through various engagement models to achieve long-term business goals
Drive adoption of YouTube products and optimizations, directly supporting creators in achieving their unique content, business generation, and audience development targets
Act as a primary guide for partners to ensure full adherence to community guidelines and business generation policies while navigating internal support and operations systems
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify emerging trends, troubleshoot potential issues, and implement strategies that ensure sustained partner growth
Partner with internal teams—including product, sales, and legal—to resolve complex business challenges and execute large-scale initiatives like workshops and events to share industry best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
1 year of experience in the video, media, entertainment industry
Experience as a YouTube creator or working with partners or creators
Experience in an external-facing customer interaction role within customer support, sales, or relationship development
Preferred
Experience working in the Canadian YouTube content industry
Experience in project management, using project execution frameworks, with a high attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple time-sensitive projects at the same time
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including presentation, facilitation of small and large events, writing and delivery
Track record of achieving product adoption, content and growth goals for external partners
Ability to communicate in French fluently to support client relationship management in this region
