As a Technical Program Manager in the Google Public Sector, you will lead complex projects, manage stakeholder communications, and drive cloud transformation initiatives for public sector customers using Google Cloud Platform.
Drive large and complex cloud transformation programs for a Department of Defense (DoD) customer.
Establish a reliable and visible cadence for program reviews, decision-making, prioritization, and resource stewardship to improve efficiency and create delivery impact.
Manage communication of progress/status to client executives, GPS leadership and within the core team.
Track, manage, and drive cybersecurity functions for the large program with understanding of Risk Control frameworks.
Collaborate across teams internally and externally to identify GCP solutions focused on delivering security outcomes.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in technical program management for cloud computing.
Experience working within DoD or Federal government in program/project management roles.
Must possess an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with current polygraph.
Preferred
Certifications in GCP and PMP.
2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience driving a large cloud transformation program in commercial or public sector.
