As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead complex projects, manage schedules, and communicate with various stakeholders while utilizing your technical expertise in business operations and analytics related to supply chain.
Generate comprehensive metrics, measures, and dashboards to monitor the performance of operations, tasks, and the supply chain; build and maintain internal reporting pipelines and dashboards, including troubleshooting, development, and access controls.
Write advanced SQL queries and manage system configurations to extract, transform, and load data, and manage/execute project plans related to data initiatives.
Design new solutions and processes to translate metrics and business requirements into formats that enable accurate data analysis, and interact with internal users to define requirements, socialize designs, and test solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
Provide user support and training on the team's data product portfolio.
Apply software engineering best practices with a focus on testing, reliability, security, performance, and maintainability in all data solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive the adoption of data-driven solutions.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
1 year of program management experience.
Experience working with data analysis.
Experience writing advanced SQL queries to extract and transform data.
Preferred
Experience working in data center operations.
Experience working in supply chain operations.
Ability to influence members of an integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
