The role involves overseeing YouTube's data strategy and ensuring a positive user experience through effective data management.
Design and deliver predictable program communication plans in collaboration with program stakeholders, including communications by stakeholder type.
Contribute to the creation of automated workflows by coding, creating agentic workflows, and validating quality of outputs.
Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of program stakeholders and ensuring they have the insights they need to make decisions.
Prioritize program goals, understand and translate other stakeholders’ needs into program goals and prioritized deliverables with minimal assistance, and contribute to decisions on prioritizing goals and deliverables.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
1 year of experience in program management.
Experience with SQL and data reporting.
Experience with scripting to automate tasks.
Preferred
3 years of experience in a technical program management role.
Knowledge of software engineering life cycle.
Ability to communicate across sets of stakeholders with clarity and structure.
