Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the entire lifecycle from initial discovery to long-term success.
Manage the full lifecycle of cross-functional programs that span customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.
Contribute to the core business operations of OmniLab.
Partner with technical teams to ensure the operation of global device labs. Contribute to strategic initiatives, such as global real estate and capacity planning efforts, to ensure that growing demands of customers are met.
Collaborate with partners in Google Cloud and other product areas to support go-to-market and commercialization efforts.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program management.
Experience with customer engagement operations.
Preferred
2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience with Software and Cloud Infrastructure.
Experience with go-to-market strategies.
