As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate with stakeholders to support the development of energy software solutions.
Identify gaps and opportunities for scaling and operationalizing energy software solutions
Manage programs including scoping, resourcing, stakeholder communication, and execution with various Google groups in collaboration with external vendors
Support the development of data center load flexibility and demand response capabilities
Provide expertise and support on specific projects and commercial negotiations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience in program management
Experience in demand response, energy markets, power system operations, API integrations, or communication protocols (e.g., IEEE 2030.5, OpenADR)
Experience managing software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Preferred
Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent
2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience working in data center power management, controls, or compute infrastructure
Experience managing technical data science and software engineering-based cross-functional projects
Experience developing, managing, and communicating project roadmaps
