Responsibilities

  • Identify gaps and opportunities for scaling and operationalizing energy software solutions
  • Manage programs including scoping, resourcing, stakeholder communication, and execution with various Google groups in collaboration with external vendors
  • Support the development of data center load flexibility and demand response capabilities
  • Provide expertise and support on specific projects and commercial negotiations

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in program management
  • Experience in demand response, energy markets, power system operations, API integrations, or communication protocols (e.g., IEEE 2030.5, OpenADR)
  • Experience managing software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Preferred

  • Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
  • Experience working in data center power management, controls, or compute infrastructure
  • Experience managing technical data science and software engineering-based cross-functional projects
  • Experience developing, managing, and communicating project roadmaps
