Responsibilities

Lead the development and maintenance of the software tools and infrastructure required for data collection, processing, visualization, and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define, document, and implement solutions based on data analysis.
Identify and implement enhancements to systems and processes, challenging the status quo to improve data integrity, efficiency, and user experience.
Articulate the value of data-informed decision-making and process excellence to achieve strategic business objectives.
Coordinate and facilitate the aggregation and reporting of key performance metrics, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across the organization.

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program management.
Experience designing or developing software applications.

Preferred

2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience with software development in TypeScript, Angular, or Java.
Experience in business intelligence with an understanding of data pipelines and dashboards.
