Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of standardized application development processes for the global Google Data Center (GDC) organization
  • Enable the collection of critical path process metrics from Tech Optimization and Platform Solutions (TOPS) managed systems
  • Aid in the development and implementation of a horizontal customer engagement process to efficiently triage, prioritize, and route feedback from TOPS stakeholders and system users
  • Support the establishment of a GDC process and systems architecture framework to enable strategic prioritization and decision-making related to process re-engineering and system development programs
  • Provide technical program management support for GDC operational domains (e.g., data center operations, CSRM) as needed

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience in program management
  • Experience with data analytics and process
  • Experience managing the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Preferred

  • 3 years of experience in technical program management, managing all phases of a project and leading daily activities
  • 3 years of program management experience redefining the process, designing business solutions through lean project management
  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
  • Knowledge of data centers, cloud operations, facilities management, engineering and construction
  • Ability to work with engineering for product implementation to deliver business tools and systems
