Responsibilities

  • Cultivate technical and product knowledge of the mobile ad business generation ecosystem to architect solutions and implementations for our partners
  • Lead technical engagements with mobile app developers, aligning Google’s product suite with their specific business goals to drive long-term business growth and engagement
  • Resolve technical escalations from business and clients, while proactively developing tools, documentation, and workflows to scale support across the EMEA region
  • Identify and implement best practices to streamline business strategies, accelerating product adoption and establishing a blueprint for partner success
  • Act as a critical feedback loop between the market and the product to influence strategy, design, and prioritization in collaboration with Go-to-Market, Product Management, and Engineering teams

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting
  • Experience in writing and reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python)
  • Experience with Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript)

Preferred

  • Experience as a developer in the mobile app space (iOS or Android) or an understanding of the mobile ad business generation industry
  • Experience working with SQL
  • Experience working alongside technical teams (Product, Engineering, or Business) to solve ambiguous problems
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, advice for non-technical stakeholders or external partners
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of debugging customer-facing issues, whether it's at the code level or within a broader system implementation
