Responsibilities

  • Identify, drive, and optimize various operational TV workflows and tools —internally and with the partners— to maximize partners’ success on the platform. Represent the industry’s needs to the Product and Engineering teams
  • Improve operations by developing automation scripts and dashboards. Improve product feature offerings and self-service tools by collaborating with internal cross-functional teams, including Product Management and Engineering
  • Guarantee the technical aspects of a partner’s integration (both new and ongoing) by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance either directly or through scaled teams
  • Support our media company partners through technical troubleshooting, influencing, GTM adoption, and internal cross-functional collaboration. Capture trends across partners, advocate their needs internally, and create repeatable processes that can be scaled

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP)
  • Experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python)
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers

Preferred

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in an analytical role such as business intelligence, data analytics, or statistics
  • Experience working with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as architecting, developing, or maintaining cloud solutions in virtualized environments or cloud data engineering
  • Experience working with systems (e.g., Linux, Unix, Windows)
