YouTube is a platform that empowers individuals to share their stories and connect with others. The Partner Operations Manager will analyze key issues faced by content creators, provide operational support, troubleshoot technical problems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the partner experience on YouTube.
Provide operational support for partners on the YouTube platform via email and video communication while managing support issues (cases) through a queue.
Troubleshoot technical issues to maximize partner performance on the platform and serve as a consultant to internal, cross-functional stakeholders on the YouTube product.
Collaborate with Strategic Partner Managers (SPMs) and Partner Engineers on accounts, in-depth search, business reviews, and insight sharing for partner growth.
Analyze key metrics using quantitative and qualitative methods to generate actionable insights while identifying opportunities for operational workflow and process improvements.
Contribute to Partner Operations for YouTube through innovation, efficiency gains, and root cause analysis, streamlining the operational workflow by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
Experience in project/program management or developing solutions within the Technology or Media industry.
Preferred
Experience with data analysis such as SQL, spreadsheets, evaluating campaign and channel performance.
Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects while working on their own to drive projects to completion and high attention to detail.
Ability to troubleshoot issues and effectively communicate technical concepts to audiences.
Excellent communication, presentation, planning, and time management skills.
