Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support for partners on the YouTube platform via email and video communication. Troubleshoot technical issues to enable Partners to maximize their performance on the platform.
  • Serve as a consultant to internal, cross-functional stakeholders on the YouTube product. Work with assigned Strategic Partner Managers and Partner Engineers on account and share insights for partner growth.
  • Identify opportunities for operational workflow optimization and process improvement.
  • Utilize key metrics to assess data through both quantitative and qualitative analysis, generating insights.
  • Contribute to scaling Partner Operations for YouTube through innovation, efficiency gains, and root cause analysis, and streamline the operational workflow by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks.

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
  • Experience in project/program management or developing scalable solutions within the Technology or Media industry.

Preferred

  • Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
  • Experience with data analysis such as SQL, spreadsheets, evaluating campaign and channel performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects while working on their own to drive projects to completion with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and effectively communicate technical concepts to audiences.
