Responsibilities

  • Collaborate to Deliver Results - Partner with cross-functional teams to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations while contributing to high-priority business objectives
  • Deliver Impact in Challenging Environments - Work in field and office settings that demand sound judgment, adaptability, and accountability. Travel to project sites as needed to support critical initiatives and operational excellence

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Science
  • **Graduate in December 2026 or May 2027**
  • This position is not eligible for sponsorship (including OPT/CPT)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness and ability to relocate within the United States as business needs require

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities
  • Demonstrated initiative and willingness to take on stretch assignments
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business insights
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; engineering software experience is a plus
  • Strong commitment to safety as a core value
  • FE Certification preferred
