Responsibilities

  • Implement strategic plans to achieve sales goals for equipment and materials, including Autobag, SidePouch, FloWrap, StealthWrap, and PriorityPak
  • Develop and execute strategies to win new business and reclaim lost accounts
  • Grow market share within your territory and support overall regional growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal Channel teams to drive adoption of corporate initiatives and go-to-market strategies
  • Provide support and training to distributor sales reps on product knowledge and system selling techniques
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage your pipeline, update opportunity status, and maintain accurate sales forecasts
  • Participate in regular pipeline reviews with your Regional Sales Director and provide actionable insights
  • Deliver high-impact customer presentations, proposals, and packaging solutions that solve real-world business challenges
  • Prepare quarterly business reviews for key accounts and stay informed on competitor activity
  • Work closely with internal teams in customer service, technical support, applications, and marketing to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Maintain field sales demo equipment and manage travel and expenses within budget guidelines

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
  • 1–2 years of field sales experience or 2–3 years of inside sales experience with a desire to grow into an outside sales role
  • Experience in packaging, manufacturing, or industrial sales is a strong plus
  • Experience selling large industrial equipment is a strong plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Consultative selling approach with a knack for problem-solving
