Capgemini is hiring a Junior AI Developer for its Oracle Cloud and AI engineering team. The role develops Oracle Fusion integrations and Oracle PaaS services, using AI-assisted coding tools to build, enhance, test, and document enterprise integrations alongside senior team members.
Build & maintain services on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle PaaS
Use Claude Code and other AI coding assistants to accelerate development, refactoring, testing, & documentation
Write & troubleshoot REST/SOAP integrations , data mappings, and transformations
Support API‑based integrations between Oracle Fusion & external systems
Assist with POCs, MVPs, & automation initiatives leveraging AI‑enabled development workflows
Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, & design discussions
Qualification
Required
1 year out of school
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems , or related field
1-2 years of professional or internship experience in software development
Hands‑on experience using Claude Code (or similar AI coding tools) for real development tasks
Working knowledge of at least one programming language
Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar
Basic understanding of
REST APIs
JSON / XML
Git or other version control
Strong curiosity about AI‑assisted development & enterprise systems
Clear communication skills & willingness to learn in a team environment
Preferred
Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud (Financials, SCM, HCM), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle PaaS, cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS, or Azure), & building or consuming APIs
Coursework or projects involving
AI tools in software development
Automation or integration projects
