The Analyst, Quality Systems & Compliance role involves supporting compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements, maintaining quality management systems, and managing documentation processes.
Research and write complex material for use in company publications or documentation to customers, partners, and employees
Prepare concise and accurate written documentation, such as procedures, quality records, and reports
Support P&W’s continued compliance to customer, regulatory, and corporate requirements through development and maintenance of the Quality Management System
Support and manage publication process for multiple groups within Quality and Engineering, meeting critical timelines
Review documentation for potential issues, recommend solutions, and resolve issues independently, working with AQS team members, relevant decision-makers, and other functional groups within P&W
Provide document custodian support to AQS documentation team with document maintenance reviews, document updates, initiatives, ad hoc requests
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using quality tools
Support audits processes (internal & external)
English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English
Participate in meetings, teleconferences, and required training activities
Perform additional duties as required based on business needs
Travel is up to 10%
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
The selected candidate must reside in Puerto Rico
English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Management, Information Systems, English Education, or Writing
Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Organization, time management, analytical mindset and comfortable with audit interactions
Knowledge in AS9100/ISO 9001 Standards
1 year of experience in aerospace quality, document control, configuration management, or regulated manufacturing
