The Associate Solutions Consulting Specialist will support the implementation and integration of Aible Clinic technologies, ensuring customer success and driving adoption of innovative solutions in a healthcare setting.
Guide surgeons, staff, and sales teams through the implementation process, from solution design to execution and customer success monitoring
Understand and incorporate customer needs and preferences for a personalized experience
Act as a regional expert for implementation and integration details of Aible Clinic products and services- with primary focus of UNiD
Build strong relationships with internal teams and customer contacts
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve implementation goals, ensuring thorough documentation and seamless product adoption
Identify and address bottlenecks and roadblocks that limit the use of technology and services
Work with customers, regional sales teams, and the Aible Clinic team to set goals to drive adoption and increase utilization
Lead the implementation of IT connectivity solutions for workflow needs, focusing on imaging and scheduling
Ensure compliance with the Quality System, site rules, policies, and regulations
Aware of how digital solutions integrate with Aible Clinic products and within the hospital enterprise
Manage escalation, decision tracking, and resolution of technical implementation risks or challenges
Represent the team in functional unit or operating unit projects, and at national and regional conferences
Participate in ongoing professional development activities
Maintain consistent communication and reporting to stakeholders, including updates on scope changes, schedule changes, milestone achievements, and routine status updates
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Communication or related field with 0 years of experience
Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time
Preferred
Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience or advance degree with 0+ years of experience
Awareness with Medtronic or in a medical setting, particularly in spine or related fields
Proficiency in project and change management methodologies, especially in healthcare data solutions
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders
Technical expertise in secure file transfer protocols and core IT technology project processes, including infrastructure, software configurations, networking, and business systems implementation
Willingness and ability to attend surgeries and cadaver labs
Excellent time-management, organizational, and administrative skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, learn complex concepts, and solve non-obvious problems
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
Proven success in remote team collaboration across multiple geographies and time zones
