Casey's is a company that values hard work, service, and community. They are seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist to provide high-volume recruiting support for store team member roles, manage the candidate lifecycle, and lead data-driven conversations with field leaders.
Manage entire candidate lifecycle in terms of scheduling virtual interviews, viewing pre-recorded video interviews, follow-up communication, and act as the primary point of contact for information and assistance through the interview process. Make hiring decisions to support assigned area of stores
Lead bi-weekly data-driven meetings with field leaders to ensure understanding of new position and structure, and ensure leaders are knowledgeable on recruiting and onboarding process
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent work-related experience is required
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to collaborate and build relationships based on transparency and mutual respect, both internally and externally
Self-motivated, engaged, and team-oriented with the ability to work independently
Ability to apply recruiting best practices and techniques to assigned requisitions and projects
Ability to utilize experience and knowledge to recommend sound decisions
