As a Billing Accountant Associate, you will support the financial operations by providing accurate billing support, completing reconciliations, and assisting with collections. You will work on various projects within the Global Financial Services Cash Management Solutions team, contributing to the organization's success.
Providing accurate and timely internal and external customer billing support for assigned contracts
Completing invoice and account reconciliations as required
Identifying billing opportunities and creating, reviewing, and approving invoices
Creating accounting documents and transmitting invoices
Assisting with collection and cash application activities as needed
Reviewing system enhancements and making recommendations
Supporting additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Accounting, Finance, Economics or related degree
Effective analytical skills demonstrated through related experience
Ability to multi-task
Effective Microsoft Office skills including Excel
Experience / knowledge of accounting entries and related impacts
Preferred
Experience with SAP
Experience with billing and/or collections
