Responsibilities

  • Win new business and expand relationships within existing accounts
  • Engage directly with scientists and lab leaders to understand their research goals and challenges
  • Lead the entire sales process—from prospecting and opportunity development to negotiation and close
  • Collaborate with Product Specialists and Field Application Scientists to deliver impactful solutions
  • Drive growth across Agilent's portfolio of instruments, consumables, software, and services

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent
  • 1+ years relevant experience in sales, laboratory, or scientific application environments
  • Knowledge of CMR-relevant applications, including microplate-based solutions, imaging, electrophoresis and flow cytometry will be helpful
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel

Preferred

  • Chemistry or Life Science degree preferred
  • Candidates located within 50 miles of Minneapolis–St. Paul are preferred to support effective territory coverage and customer engagement
