Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and insights that support strategic decision-making
Manage monthly closing processes
Develop forecasts, analyze variances, and prepare business reviews

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree required, no prior experience required
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication abilities and interpersonal skills for collaborating in a matrix environment
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under deadlines
Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
Knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles
Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and process improvement mindset
Strong organizational skills
Business fluency in English; additional languages may be required for specific locations
Ability to manage and analyze large datasets
Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed

Preferred

Preferred Fields of Study: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field
Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) are a plus
Experience with financial systems such as Hyperion, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms
Knowledge of Power BI or similar business intelligence tools preferred
