Analyze data to identify trends and support sales operations
Reconciling contract expectations with actual performance
Create reports for senior management
Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies within the sales process
Conduct market research
Evaluate pricing strategies
Provide detailed data analysis to inform decision-making
Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to align sales goals with broader business objectives
Serve as primary liaison with Sales Center of Excellence

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance or relevant field
2+ years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on sales desk support
Proficiency in Salesforce and Tableau necessary
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Ability to identify and implement process improvements
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
