Mondelēz International, Inc. is a leading company in the snacking industry, seeking a Customer Category Manager for the Grocery Channel. The role involves developing customer relationships, executing strategies, optimizing operations for profitability, and driving revenue growth through effective business planning and analysis.
Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer.
Execute the strategy for the customer
Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, building partnership and ensuring customer satisfaction and timely communication
Provide accurate sales forecasts and deliver against financial KPIs
Develop and execute Joint Business Plans to drive revenue growth and market share
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
Collaborate with Sales Planning and RGM teams to develop promotional strategies
Work with retail and logistics organization to ensure plan execution
Negotiate trade, pricing, and promotional support within established guidelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 1-3 years in a customer-facing role in FMCG/CPG industry with proven selling/negotiating experience; HQ Selling experience a plus.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Preferred
Data analytics & insights: proven analytical and problem-solving skills, along with previous experience with Circana/IRI or other syndicated data tool preferred.
