Responsibilities

  • Design and develop digital assets for websites, email campaigns, display ads, paid social, and loyalty programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, marketing, and external agencies to produce aligned and impactful digital experiences
  • Leverage consumer insights and data analytics to inform and optimize design strategies
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual concepts that reflect brand standards and elevate the consumer journey
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative design practices to continually improve digital content
  • Ensure all digital assets are optimized for performance, accessibility, and brand consistency
  • Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute innovative ideas to enhance digital storytelling
  • Support the execution of digital campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output
  • Maintain a flexible and adaptable approach to meet evolving brand and business needs

Qualification

Required

  • BFA in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a digital design role
  • Outstanding portfolio showcasing high-quality digital design solutions
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and front-end development basics
  • Knowledge of e-commerce, email, social media, and performance marketing channels
  • Command of core graphic design skills: typography, layout, color theory, and composition
  • Ability to analyze data and insights to inform design decisions
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
  • Passion for athletics, retail, and current design and cultural trends
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management skills

Preferred

  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing software such as After Effects and Premiere (bonus)
