They are seeking a Field Inventory Specialist who will manage inventory programs, assist with audits, and support the field sales team in resolving inventory discrepancies.
Perform annual audit reconciliation conducted by field sales of external customer consignment inventory and report metrics to sales management
Reconcile annual audits conducted by Field Sales of rep stock inventory and report metrics to sales management, including write offs, write ons and inventory accuracy
Assist Inventory Analysts with the Field Sales rep stock program
Assist with the field sales team to troubleshoot product inventory discrepancies and correct the ERP where needed
Provide second-level FIMS support and troubleshooting alongside Sales Support
Generate, amend, research and reconcile external customer consignment contracts based on customer and business needs
Assist Inventory Analysts in implementing the inventory initiative goals set forth by leadership
Assist in administering the bounty program by partnering with Marketing, Sales and Customer Care
Implement the product bag program, overseeing new bag needs, returns, and repairs or replacements as need be in partnership with Medical Education team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, finance or a related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (i.e. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and PowerBI)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Medical device experience
Preferred
Experience with SAP or similar enterprise resource planning software
Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement and self-development
