Responsibilities

Analyze variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets.
Track, analyze, and forecast DC level profitability.
Understand and communicate financial trends and provide actional insights to drive improvement.
Partner with DC finance controllers to understand labor, throughput, inventory, shrink, and logistics costs.
Partner with Commercial Finance team to understand Sales, customer mix, channel mix, product margin, customer margin, supplier margin.
Monitor KPIs such as profitability per case, labor efficiency, inventory accuracy, variable and fixed EBITDA margin.
Track and analyze fixed and variable costs across the P&L, identifying opportunities for savings.
Support initiatives to optimize Sales mix, warehouse operations, inventory levels.
Develop and maintain financial and operational dashboards
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with commentary and recommendations.
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve financial processes and data accuracy.
Support automation and digitalization of reporting tools and workflows.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and audit requirements.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualification

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
1+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in supply chain or distribution.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and labor management tools.
Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and inventory costing.
Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.
