In this Graduate Rotational Development Program, you will gain hands-on experience across four rotations, developing expertise in technical support, product testing, product management, and sales engineering.
Deliver technical sales assistance and support on a wide range of issues for distribution partners, end-users, and internal Trimble teams
Become a product expert by providing essential training to staff and clients on the features and functionality of our solutions
Troubleshoot out-of-box failures and manage warranty replacements
Prepare next-generation tools and technologies for market release by testing in both field and office environments, documenting workflows and product performance
Supply pre-release technical content to product support and documentation teams, and assist post-release with issue resolution
Help bring new tools and technologies to market by performing rigorous field and office testing to ensure product quality and performance
Contribute to product vision and feature development as an active member of the product team
Ensure product development outputs align with strategic objectives
Drive the creation of Go-to-Market materials and other release assets to facilitate a successful product launch
Conduct market research to assess customer needs and inform future product requirements
Partner with the regional sales team to support revenue goals through product demos, industry events, and trade shows
Facilitate engaging product, technology, and application training sessions in both formal and informal environments to drive customer understanding and adoption
Stay current on emerging technologies and competitive product offerings, including features and customer interest
Qualification
Required
A recent graduate within the last three years and holds a Bachelors Degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Geomatics Engineering, Surveying, GIS, Geography, Construction Management, or related subject (equivalent to NZQCF Level or above)
A minimum of one related prior internship
Related work experience with surveying, GIS, GPS and/or other positioning technologies
Ability to collaborate with team members to explore opportunities for applying AI and other solutions that enhance workflows and customer experiences
Applicants must currently have the legal right to work in New Zealand
Preferred
Familiarity with construction and/or mapping software
Experience using analytics and reporting tools to help monitor performance and identify trends
Leadership experience either through university or elsewhere
