Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with school leaders to understand and support their HR needs effectively
  • Collaborate with HR teams to develop and execute initiatives aligned with organizational objectives
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, develop insights, and recommend strategic improvements
  • Provide guidance and coaching to school leaders on leadership development and performance management
  • Advise managers and staff on conflict resolution, communication strategies, and performance issues
  • Coordinate with legal counsel and school boards on employment-related matters to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and turnover metrics, implementing retention and engagement strategies
  • Manage performance appraisal programs and disciplinary procedures in accordance with company policies
  • Support workforce planning activities, including staffing, promotions, and job description updates
  • Participate in recruitment efforts, including interviewing and evaluating candidates
  • Assist in designing and deploying employee development programs and leadership training initiatives
  • Ensure effective HR communication across teams to promote transparency and engagement

Qualification

Required

  • 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
  • Strong proficiency in HR software and technical tools
  • High emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organizational environment
  • Knowledge of employment law and legal compliance related to HR practices

Preferred

  • Experience with workforce planning, employee relations, and leadership coaching
