RTX, the world's largest aerospace and defense company, is offering a co-op position for students to assist the Enterprise Operations Human Resources team. The role involves supporting HR initiatives, managing requests, and providing insights into various HR functions.
Working directly with senior managers and HR leadership to support their organizational needs
Managing requests from Collins/RTX Corporate and assisting with various needs
Partnering Total Rewards and Global People services on Compensation analysis, salary planning, and incentive pay coordination
Conducting analysis on data
Supporting the RTX Ops rotational program for Collins related activities
Active involvement with the Employee Pulse Survey data analysis and action planning activities
Support leadership onboarding activities
Participating in org design and change plan activities
Play an active role in Ops talent reviews
Assist managing talent council activities for SIOP and EH&S
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology
Proficiency with MS Office applications including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
Preferred
Master's Degree in a technical field such as, but not limited to Human Resources Management Industrial/Organizational Psychology
