Responsibilities

  • Provide functional support for Workday Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, and Learning modules
  • Configure and maintain HR business processes in Workday, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and best practices
  • Configure and maintain security roles, including domain security, and system setup
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement system solutions
  • Build advanced reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to provide actionable HR insights and support decision-making
  • Provide resolutions to HR Team inquiries, questions, and problems via Jira ticket queues, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Participate in biannual Workday release testing and implement system updates, ensuring new features are configured and adopted effectively
  • Participate in testing cycles for other system updates, enhancements, and new functionality
  • Document processes, configurations, and workflows
  • Support end users with troubleshooting, guidance, and training materials
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and reconciliations
  • Stay up to date with Workday updates, best practices, and HR technology trends

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience supporting or administering Workday HCM
  • Functional knowledge of Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, and Learning modules
  • Experience configuring and maintaining HR business processes in Workday
  • Knowledge of Workday domain security and experience configuring security roles
  • Experience building advanced Workday reports and dashboards to support HR operations and analytics
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred

  • Workday certification(s) in Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Compensation, or Learning
  • Experience with Workday Security or Integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors)
  • Experience with Workday Docs and Docs for Layouts
