Terex Corporation is a global industrial equipment manufacturer dedicated to transforming the waste industry. The Implementation Specialist I assists external clients in the implementation of technical systems and provides training and support throughout the process.
Evaluates client needs, develops configurations that support business processes.
Defines and executes on delivery and implementation plans.
Tests and troubleshoots final system setups.
Provides training and end-user support and documentation during and after the implementation process.
Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.
Work is closely managed.
Minimal travel is needed up to 10-15%.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor’s Degree is required or equivalent experience.
0-2 years of related experience.
Detailed oriented.
Excellent interpersonal communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task to handle several projects at once.
Comfortable communicating within all levels of an organization.
Preferred
Waste industry experience
Experience with software implementations and data conversions
