RVL Pharmaceuticals is a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on the commercialization and development of innovative products in the ocular and medical aesthetics fields. They are seeking a high-energy Inside Sales Representative to sell Upneeq® to aesthetics and eye care practices across the U.S., utilizing a consultative sales approach and building strong relationships with healthcare providers.
Own and grow a targeted territory of aesthetics and eye care practices (Med Spas, Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, Ophthalmologists, Optometrists, you name it)
Sell remotely using digital tools, virtual calls, and smart follow-ups
Take a consultative sales approach understanding practice needs and aligning solutions
Deliver virtual training to practice staff and support pull-through programs
Build strong, ethical, long-term relationships with Heath Care Providers and their teams
Forecast, track, and report on sales performance and account progress
Adjust strategies based on territory insights, customer feedback, and results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
Proven ability to sell effectively in a remote / virtual environment
Confidence using CRM systems, sales tools, and new technology
Excellent communication skills (you know how to listen and lead)
A team-first mindset in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture
Preferred
1–3 years of inside or outside sales success (pharma or B2B preferred)
Strong business and financial acumen (you understand how your customers make money)
Comfort working across time zones and managing your own schedule
Willingness to travel up to ~5% (including occasional overnight)
