IQVIA is a leading global provider of commercial solutions for biopharma and medical device companies. They are seeking Inside Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives to promote products in the Endocrinology/Diabetes space, focusing on achieving sales forecasts and building relationships with targeted accounts and physicians.
Ability to deliver accurate product information, feature/benefits and recommended utilization to Healthcare Professionals by phone
Advance listening and decision-making skills
Ability to understand and convey complex product-related information in an educated, reassuring, and professional manner while in a real-time environment
Ability to accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve individual performance and customer experience
Ability to handle multiple tasks such as actively listening to our caller’s need while navigating our CRM and consistently providing accurate and complete information on the requested topic.
High work ethic, reliable and punctual in reporting for scheduled work
Ability to be flexible as needed to meet the fluctuating business needs
Qualification
Required
4-year degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum 2 years of business to business (BTB) sales experience required
Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience required
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Preferred
Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Experience preferred
Endocrinology/Diabetes experience preferred
