Integrated Solutions Sales Engineer

The Integrated Solutions Sales Engineer is responsible for managing the API request process for Onboard iPaaS Integrators and supporting the sales team with data management and market research. This role involves maintaining CRM accuracy, preparing sales reports, and assisting in the recruitment of new integration partners.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy of sales data within the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and assisting the Director of Integration Solutions with managing integrators including processing requests for Onboard iPaaS subscriptions counts (new, add-on and deletes).
  • Prepare monthly reports on Onboard subscriptions and perform ‘true-up’ reconciliation for subscriptions that exceed the minimum per the Onboard Integrator’s Enterprise Agreements.
  • Assist in forecasting sales and maintaining related data in CRM. Ensure that Changepoint is up-to-date so that Finance can bill efficiently.
  • Identify new integration partner opportunities including researching contacts via LinkedIn and other sources.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide clarifications on the capabilities of Onboard, pricing, and status on new Integration Partners.
  • Provide support on special projects, strategic initiatives, and ad hoc data analysis as needed by management.
  • Assist Partner Manager with recruiting new Onboard iPaaS Partners including vendors, school districts and school bus contractors. Work includes prospecting on Linked In, etc. and doing initial Discovery Calls to solicit interest and educate prospects on the merits of the solution.

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
