The role involves building reliable applications, translating stakeholder requirements into technical solutions, troubleshooting and optimizing software, and supporting code reviews, CI/CD, deployments, and production issue resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software applications that support customer experience initiatives and business objectives
  • Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to improve performance, reliability, and user experience
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering best practices to ensure high-quality software delivery
  • Support CI/CD activities, deployment processes, and production issue resolution while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience developing applications using modern programming languages and software engineering practices
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts, data structures, and application design principles
  • Experience working with source control systems, code reviews, and software development lifecycle processes
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Preferred

  • Experience developing customer-facing web or enterprise applications
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and DevOps practices
  • Understanding of secure coding standards and application security principles
  • Experience working in Agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
