Responsibilities

Support cross-functional projects within Customer Service, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and Logistics teams under the guidance of the PMO.
Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Track and report project progress, risks, and issues to key stakeholders.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document action items, and follow up on open tasks.
Maintain project documentation, including charters, status updates, and KPI reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Assist in process mapping, root cause analysis, and identifying areas for improvement.
Support the PMO in standardizing project management practices across the supply chain organization.

Qualification

Required

1–2 years of experience in project coordination or supply chain operations (internship experience acceptable).
Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
Foundational understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with project tools like Smartsheet, Asana, or MS Project is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred

Familiarity with supply chain functions such as planning, logistics, or customer service is a plus.
Certification or coursework in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP, Six Sigma) is a plus.
Experience supporting or working within PMO environments.
Exposure to ERP, WMS, eWM and other related supply chain systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JDA) is beneficial.
