This role involves planning and implementing training programs, collaborating with subject matter experts, and ensuring compliance with training requirements.

Responsibilities

Partner with subject matter experts and department leaders to identify training needs and develop relevant content.
Stay current with best practices in adult learning and instructional design; proactively recommend new training technologies and methods.
Prepare and present training metrics and outcomes to management for strategic decision-making.
Serve as a mentor or coach to new facilitators and support their professional development.
Adapt training materials to address the diverse learning styles and needs of participants.
Ensure all training activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate post-training feedback sessions to assess participant understanding and address knowledge gaps.
Leverage learning management systems and digital tools to enhance delivery and tracking of training programs.

Qualification

Required

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 1 year of experience in training, facilitation and/or learning development
Ability to travel a minimum of 25% of the time within surrounding cities of; Ft. Myers, Hendry County, and Lehigh Acres.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Strong analytical skills for interpreting training data and effectiveness.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in social services, gerontology, psychology, nursing
Proficiency using a wide variety of training tools to effectively facilitate to a wide audience.
Manage multiple projects or processes with limited deadlines
Medicaid/LTSS knowledge a plus.
