Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end order processing, shipping coordination, and delivery tracking
Liaise with carriers, warehouses, and clients to resolve logistics issues (delays, damages, urgent orders)
Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales reports; support sales team with data analysis and account setup
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and billing matters to ensure high satisfaction
Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations to optimize workflows

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree or above; relevant major preferred
U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship required)
1+ year of experience in logistics coordination, sales support, or supply chain
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Strong communication, coordination, detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, able to multitask and work independently remotely
