ALG Vacations, part of Hyatt, is a leading leisure travel company recognized for its exceptional vacation experiences. The Manager, Partnership Marketing will manage hotel and supplier marketing relationships, negotiate budgets, and create strategic marketing plans to maximize marketing spend and ROI.
Collaborate with B2B/B2C channel leadership to lead, identify and create new campaign opportunities for supplier integration to attain budget goals and align with hotel & supplier needs.
Develop and cultivate relationships with ALG's top account suppliers with day-to-day engagement and in-market presence while managing their marketing strategy and budget.
Collaborate with marketing to analyze partner marketing campaign results and provide recommendations on how to further enhance & drive sales for partner campaigns.
Oversee annual strategy for supplier dedicated campaigns in conjunction with marketing & partnership marketing leadership.
Lead strategy to identify new funding opportunities with your supplier accounts for Apple Leisure Group.
Align and communicate to leader, team and ALGV brands on supplier strategy and opportunities.
Provide annual funding & override agreement recommendations to leadership and be able to independently drive negotiation conversations with suppliers.
Lead internal process improvements to ensure efficiency with supplier communication both internally and externally.
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university and one to three years related experience and/or training.
Analytical and critical thinking skills, including demonstrated problem-solving.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, project management, and coordination of people and resources.
Personable interaction and ability to create and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and team members.
Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting products and services, including marketing strategy and tactics.
Using knowledge and data to create win-win solutions that benefit all parties, showcase value of opportunities and persuade others to engage.
Effective negotiation/selling skills.
Ability to proactively engage with internal and external contributors to deliver desired results.
Strong oral and written communications skills.
Ability to work independently, with strong initiative and time management skills.
Creativity to develop innovative solutions and marketing strategies within their plans to drive partner sales.
Comfortable with processing, analyzing and presenting marketing data.
Strong presentation skills.
Advanced excel, Power Point and Power BI experience is essential.
