Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support to users via phone, email, or in person
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • Install and configure computer systems and applications
  • Manage user accounts and access permissions
  • Document and track support tickets to ensure timely resolution

Qualification

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
