As a Partner Account Manager, you will engage with technology companies and distributors, gaining experience in consultative selling and learning about Keysight's products and solutions.
Work with leading technology companies and world-class distributors to understand their business challenges and how Keysight can make a meaningful impact
Work closely with experienced Partner Account Managers while learning Keysight products, solutions, and distributor business models
Develop foundational professional selling skills
Take ownership of your learning and day-to-day activities while being supported by a collaborative team environment
Build technical application knowledge across multiple domains
Develop a consultative selling style that makes you feel like part of the customer’s team, the distributor’s team, and Keysight’s team
Receive product, technology, and sales training while working on real-world projects designed to prepare you for long-term success within Keysight’s sales organization
Qualification
Required
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent education
Self-starter with the ability to manage time, priorities, and learning in a remote, territory-based role
Strong interest in learning Keysight products, distributor ecosystems, and professional selling methodologies
Passion for continuous learning in electronics technology and consultative sales
Ability to develop strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal teammates
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Effective presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Must be a US Citizen
