Medtronic is a healthcare technology company that designs and develops AI-based products and solutions for the medical industry. They are seeking a Product Engineer I to provide clinical, technical, and sales support to surgeons and hospital staff, focusing on patient-specific implants and post-operative data analytics.
Utilize proprietary software to provide clinical x-ray measurements, stimulate surgical corrections based on the surgeon’s case plan and personal preferences, design a patient-specific implant based on the planned correction, provide a real-time measurement and planning service for high-volume sites, collect post-operative data and prepare a detailed analysis of the results obtained
Discuss surgical plans with surgeons and their staff
Collaborate with hospital staff and sales representatives to manage cases
Act as technical support in the operating room as needed

Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences: Engineering, Biology, Biotechnology, or Biomedical Engineering
Experience working in a medical environment dealing with spine issues
Experience working remotely and effectively managing time
