AECOM is a global infrastructure consulting firm dedicated to delivering a better world. They are seeking a highly motivated Paralegal to join their corporate legal team, focusing on ensuring compliance with professional licensing requirements across the United States.
Managing the processing, maintenance and renewal of state professional licenses
Coordinating with internal clients to determine necessary professional licenses, identifying responsible individuals, and complying with guidelines and procedures
Coordinating with and managing external vendors as it relates to professional licensing renewals
Preparing various corporate documents including director and shareholder resolutions, secretary certificates, and a variety of other legal documents
Support attorneys and legal staff as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor’s Degree plus at least 2 years of relevant corporate paralegal experience at a firm and/or corporation or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Experience with MS Office
Preferred
Experience with legal entity data platforms (CT, CSC)
Knowledge of, and experience with, state professional licensing practices (contractors, architectural, and engineering) or similar licensing experience
Paralegal Certificate or equivalent experience
