Responsibilities

Analyze project costs
Assist with project forecasting
Prepare journal entries
Close out work orders
Create and maintain fixed asset records
Participate in monthly closing processes
Properly apply capitalization guidelines to project estimates
Assist project management with budgeting and cash flowing construction projects
Preparing accruals
Monitoring in-service dates

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting
Ability to analyze project costs
Experience with project forecasting
Ability to prepare journal entries
Experience with closing out work orders
Ability to create and maintain fixed asset records
Participation in monthly closing processes
Proper application of capitalization guidelines to project estimates
Assistance with budgeting and cash flowing construction projects
Preparation of accruals
