They are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to assist Project Managers in controlling federal project activities, ensuring timely onboarding of resources, and maintaining project schedules and budgets.
Coordinate timely onboarding of resources to the projects.
Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
Facilitate communication flow across program/project interfaces
Coordinate deployments and liaison activities with customer interactions
Support project functions by preparing presentations, documents, and other materials as needed
Perform administrative functions such as preparing minutes, monitoring deliverables, and other administrative tasks as needed
Ensure that projects adhere to quality standards and all documentation is maintained appropriately
Qualification
Required
2+ years of Project Coordination experience
1+ years of experience working in a highly deadline-driven environment with strong time management, project management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
1+ years of experience with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PPT, etc)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Ability to obtain a Public Trust per Federal contract requirements
MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.
Preferred
2+ years of Project Coordination experience in the IT professional services industry is highly preferred
Excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to detail highly preferred
Data Analytics experience is highly preferred
Risk management exposure is highly preferred
Schedule management experience is highly preferred
