They are seeking a Project Information Specialist to manage contract and cost administration, and provide project management administrative support, ensuring effective communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
May serve as a resource to others in the resolution of problems and issues.
May orient, train, assign, and check the work of lower level employees.
Contract Administration including lifecycle management, reviews, compliance, changes, disputes, documentation, performance monitoring, communication and onboarding.
Cost Administration including budgeting, control, invoice tracking, analysis, records and liaison with finance.
Project Management Administrative Support including communications coordination and training collateral.
Qualification
Required
BA/BS + 2 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Preferred
Technical proficiency with Google Suite of software products and potentially construction management software like eBuilder
Collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring accurate reporting
